How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you register your pharmacy, you get immediate full access for 14 days — no credit card and no M-Pesa payment required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to any plan via M-Pesa STK push to continue uninterrupted.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does M-Pesa payment work?

When you select a plan and billing cycle, we initiate a Safaricom STK push to your phone. Accept the prompt, enter your M-Pesa PIN, and your subscription is activated within seconds — no manual transfer needed.

Is my pharmacy data private?

Completely. Each pharmacy runs in an isolated PostgreSQL schema, which means your data is physically separated from every other tenant on the platform. Not even our support team can read your records without explicit access.

What happens if my subscription expires?

You enter a 3-day grace period during which you can still log in and pay to renew. After the grace period, access is suspended (data is preserved). Reactivating restores full access immediately.

Do you support multiple branches?

Growth plans support up to 3 branches with inter-branch stock transfers. Enterprise plans support unlimited branches with full analytics across the network. Starter is designed for single-branch pharmacies.

What is FEFO inventory tracking?

FEFO (First Expired, First Out) ensures that medicines closest to their expiry date are dispensed first. DawaTrack enforces this automatically on every sale and transfer, reducing waste and protecting patient safety.
