No. Every facility's account runs inside its own isolated PostgreSQL schema on the server. Your inventory, sales, patient records and staff data are completely separate from every other account - not just hidden behind a filter, but physically in a different schema that other tenants cannot query.
You'll get a reminder email before the trial ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your account goes into a read-only grace period - you can still view and export your data, but new sales and stock entries will be paused until you activate a plan. We will never delete your data without giving you enough notice to export it.
Yes. There is no minimum contract period. You can stop your subscription at any time from your account settings - no need to call or email us. If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
No. DawaTrack runs in any modern web browser - Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari on a desktop, laptop or tablet. There is nothing to install. A standard thermal receipt printer (58 mm or 80 mm) connects via USB and is supported for printing receipts, but it is not required to run the system.
Yes - CSV export is available at any time from the Reports section, including sales history, inventory, customer records and stock movements. Your data belongs to you. We do not hold it hostage.
Subscriptions are paid via M-Pesa STK push - the payment prompt goes directly to your phone. No bank cards, no PayPal, no overseas transfers. A receipt is emailed to you after every payment for your records.
