DawaTrack only lists pharmaceutical companies that are duly licensed by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) and compliant with KRA regulations. All applications are manually reviewed before approval.

Once approved, add your catalogue and start receiving purchase orders from pharmacies.

Pharmacy and Poisons Board distribution or manufacturing licence.

Official KRA PIN certificate issued to the business.

Current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) from the KRA iTax portal.

Certificate of Incorporation (Ltd) or Business Registration Certificate (sole trader / partnership).

Optional but recommended

List of directors from the Companies Registry — required for limited companies.

Current APC issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board for the responsible pharmacist.
